Maze Cafe

Food is life for me. I live to eat rather eat to live. This blog is for food lovers and I would not provide any recipe but I would rather review the food outlets of my city which is Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh or wherever I travel.

My reviewing would be based on following criteria’s

1. Taste of the food

2. Ambiance of place

3. Locality

4. Couple friendly

Today I will review Maze Café Bilaspur

1. Taste of the food: The best thing to eat in maze café is the Twister club sandwich which is a stuffing of vegetables like onions, olives, cheese spread, coriander leaves, capsicum. Althogh I don’t know much of its recipe but it’s the best thing to eat in maze café.

Other suggestions: Italian sandwich, cheese corn sandwich, paneer bruschetta, paneer shaslik

What works for me: Taste of the food, uniqueness of food variety, fresh ingredients.

My Suggestions: The fine dine restaurant which is below the Maze Café could be coordinated well by providing fine dine’s main course food menu to Maze Café, this would not only will increase Maze Café’s reach but also would provide a better option of a combination of a café and main course.

2.Ambiance of place: Peaceful ambiance, quality service(staff would come to you only for service and not for any other disturbance), pleasant music, soothing lighting, comfortable seats.

My Suggestions: Space could be increased.

3. Locality: It is situated at the Centre of city which is easy to accessible. The best part of café is valet parking you did not to worry for parking space.

The best part about café is quality and quantity of food along with your privacy and certainly the area of café can be increased also I would like to suggest to include some more chinese items in your menu.
